Baku Nights Dinner Club

Hosted a special dinner club featuring a delicious sharing menu, inspired by the traditions of Azerbaijan. The menu, crafted to complement the wine bar ambiance, included Mangal salad, whipped feta dip, chicken liver pate roll with butter, pirojki with potatoes, traditional pickles, and flatbread from Lille Bakery. For dessert, we served traditional cookies, quince sorbet from ISTID, and black tea with thyme and lemon. The evening was complete with two glasses of wine or kombucha (rose/lemon & thyme). To bring this event to life I managed everything from concept creation, menu development, visuals and posters, social media content and cooking as well as service during the night.
